Dr Urs Pohlman studied medicine and philosophy in Germany, France and the UK.

If he had not become a doctor, he would have been a farmer. This is where his affinity with nature and love of the earth, growth, and the rhythms of life are rooted. Nature’s wide variety of colours, fragrances, and medicinal herbs inspire and teach Urs Pohlman. Whether in the own garden, in the mountains, or on all types of water, nature is experienced through many senses. However, Urs Pohlman views nature not as an isolated entity, but as an expanse welcoming culture and human interaction.

The holistic and reflective approach is important to him. This not only applies in business, but also in theatre, literature, the visual arts, and particularly music - as far as his role as a doctor and father to three daughters allows him time! One fitting motto for him could be: “nurturing and sharpening senses – and always with a view of the bigger picture“.
